Duty Manager – The Fiddler Hotel

Welcome to The Fiddler Hotel, one of Sydney’s leading hospitality venues and the Home of Celebrations.

We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Duty Manager to join our management team and help lead the day-to-day operations of our busy venue.

Bar and Restaurant Managers ready to take the next step are encouraged to apply.

Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading day-to-day venue operations and the Front of House team

• Delivering high-quality service and memorable guest experiences

• Managing busy trade periods, including Friday and Saturday nights

• Maintaining a safe, compliant and welcoming venue

• Supporting and developing the team

• Completing daily cash and gaming reconciliations

You will have:

• Previous hospitality management or supervisory experience

• Strong knowledge of liquor and gaming legislation

• A hands-on leadership style and passion for hospitality

• Ability to perform and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Current RSA and RCG, with the ability to obtain/provide a Police Check

• Flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends, late nights and public holidays
