Camden Valley Inn is looking for a Full Time sous chef with experience in high volume venue to join its team.

The applicant must be passionate and skilled in high-volume bistro food, as well as functions, with well-rounded, skilled knowledge across most sections of the kitchen.

If you have this experience, apply! You will be working in a large team where you will not only be working in service but will be working with senior chefs in, supply chain, stock handling, and training if your position requires. You must hold a qualification to apply and are able to operate to NSW Food Authority Standards.
